If you do send, submit or disclose any copyrightable content or ideas to Visiomedia, you waive any and all claims you may have had, may have, and/or may have in the future, that any Visiomedia created content may be similar to the content you submitted or that any compensation is due to you in connection with the copyrightable content or ideas you submitted.
